Andrey Korotkov

Acting Chief Executive Officer

Andrey Korotkov's area of responsibility includes control over the implementation of production tasks, logistics, procurement, work with personnel and other operational tasks of the company.
 
Mr. Korotkov has years of experience in managing industrial companies and has been involved into implementation of large-scale investment and production development projects.
He has held managing positions at INTERPIPE for 17 years – from Pipe Department Manager to INTERPIPE NTRP Chairman of the Board. Mr. Korotkov had also worked as the Managing Director at the Chelyabinsk “Trubodetal” mill (OMK). Prior to his appointment as Deputy General Director, he held the position of Director of the Steel Division of Interpipe.
 
Andrei Korotkov graduated from Dnipropetrovsk State University in 1990 with the “Radio physics” major.

Sergey Kuzmenko

Director of Finance and Economics

He has been working for Interpipe since 2001. He started as an economist in the industrial assets department. Prior to his current appointment, he held the position of Deputy Director for Finance and Economics of the Company, and also was Director for Finance and Economics at Interpipe NTRP.

He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. Prior to that, he graduated from the National Metallurgical Academy with a degree in Economics.

Andrey Bibik

Director of Steel Division

Andrey Bibik's area of responsibility includes ensuring the work of Interpipe Steel and Interpipe Vtormet.

Mr. Bibik has been working with Interpipe since 2003. Previously, he held the positions of Pipe Sales Director for the CIS and Ukraine Markets, Commercial Director for the CIS and Ukraine Markets, Sales Director for Mechanical Pipes. Since 2017, he was in charge of the Procurement and Logistics department of the Company. He has been appointed Director of the Steel Division in 2021.

Denis Morozov

Director of Pipe Division

Denis has been working at Interpipe since 2000. During his employment with the Company, he has been Head of the budget division of the Financial and Economic department of Interpipe, as well as Director for Product and Resource Management and Director for Finance and Economics. Prior to his appointment as Director of Pipe Division, he held the position of First Deputy General Director for Strategic Projects. Graduated from Dnepropetrovsk National University, holds a master's degree in Information Systems in Management.

Alexander Garkavij

Director of Railway Products Division

Alexander Garkavij is responsible for Railway Products Division of Interpipe.

Mr. Garkavij has been working for the company since 2014. He held the positions of head of wheel sales department, Sales Director for wheel production. Before joining Interpipe Mr. Garkavij has been working in Valdunes for more than 5 years at the position of Sales Director. In total, Mr. Garkavij has 15 years of experience in railway industry.

Alexander graduated from Malmo University (Sweden) in mechanical engineering and later got executive MBA degree at EDHEC Business School (France).

Andrey Likhomanov

Economic Security Director

Andrey Likhomanov is responsible for ensuring the economic security of the company, the prevention of unlawful operations and guaranteeing Interpipe’s external business safety.

Previously, Andrey Likhomanov held identical positions at Interpipe Niko Tube Mill and Nikopol South Steel Plant and for a long time had worked at a domestic affairs agency.

Andrey Likhomanov has a higher education in law. In 2008, Andrey received an MBA degree from Rasmus (Holland).

Vitaliy Pakhomov

HR Director

Vitaly Pakhomov is responsible for HR management at the company. He was appointed to the post in 2021.

Mr. Pakhomov has over 20 years of experience in HR management in large manufacturing companies. Since 2019 until joining Interpipe, Vitaly held the position of HR Director of the state concern Ukroboronprom. In addition, for more than 10 years, Mr. Pakhomov was in charge of HR services at the assets of Metinvest: Severny GOK, Yuzhny GOK, Central GOK and Kryvyi Rih Mining Equipment Plant.

In 1999, Vitaly Pakhomov received a diploma from the Kiev National Economic University in the direction of Marketing. In addition, he graduated from the British Open University (Great Britain) with a degree in Management, received an MBA from Link International Institute of Management (Russia), graduated from the York University Business School (Canada) and the Human Resources program at Brandon University (University of Manitoba, Canada).
